I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. The picture quality and ease of use are great, but the camera died within two months. It just would not turn on anymore. FLIP customer service is EXTREMELY slow, takes forever to get someone on the phone, and then after reporting the issue by phone we had to wait another 72 hours to hear from the higher level tech support people for a return number. Since it is within 90 days it is still covered by warranty so they will replace, but the customer has to pay the shipping on a defective product.
